Our Policies
1. Professional Conduct & Communication
Students and teachers should maintain a respectful and professional relationship.
Personal discussions should be avoided; communication should remain focused on learning.
Any concerns or issues should be reported to the academy administration for resolution.
2. Class Attendance & Punctuality
Students are expected to attend classes on time.
If a student is unable to attend, they should inform the teacher or administration at least 6 hours in advance.
Frequent absences without notice may lead to a review of the student’s enrollment.
3. Fee Structure & Payment
Fees should be paid at the beginning of each month to ensure uninterrupted classes.
If a student enrolls mid-month, they will be charged only for the remaining classes of that month.
Late fee payments may lead to temporary suspension of classes until dues are cleared.
4. Leave & Holiday Policy
The academy observes Islamic and national holidays as per the official schedule.
In case of emergencies or personal leave, students can request a make-up class (subject to teacher availability).
If a teacher is unavailable, a substitute may be arranged, or an alternative schedule will be provided.
5. Student Privacy & Data Protection
All student information, including contact details and personal records, will be kept confidential.
The academy does not share student information with third parties unless required by law.
6. Learning Materials & Content Usage
Students may receive study materials such as PDFs, videos, and notes—these are for personal use only.
Sharing academy content outside of class without permission is not allowed.
Recordings of live sessions are prohibited to maintain privacy and quality standards.
7. Online Class Guidelines
A quiet and distraction-free environment is recommended for attending online classes.
Students should ensure a stable internet connection to avoid disruptions.
Misuse of online platforms, such as unnecessary chatting or sharing inappropriate content, is strictly prohibited.
8. Complaint & Support System
If students face any issues related to classes, teachers, or administration, they can reach out to support via email or WhatsApp.
Complaints will be addressed professionally, ensuring a fair resolution for all parties involved.
9. Policy Updates
The academy may update policies when necessary to improve student learning experiences.
Any changes will be communicated to students in advance through email or official announcements.
